These days you've got to be very choosy on where you take your Mac for repair since so many computer shops claim to fix Macs or be "Apple Certified". There is a huge difference between being Apple Authorized and just Apple Certified.
Apple Authorized means we at Tyrosys have earned a partnership directly with Apple and have access to the legitimate Apple Genuine Service Parts, Manuals, and Tools. We must abide by a strict covenant of rules set by Apple and continually train so that we are Apple product and service experts. Additionally, we at Tyrosys also can complete AppleCare warranty repairs on your Mac computer hardware.
Apple Certified simply only means that a technician has taken the required tests to confirm a minimal skillset to service Mac hardware. While AASP's are required to staff Apple Certified Techs, just being Certified alone is not an Authorization.

With Tyrosys you'll get to work directly with the technician performing your repair. No appointments are necessary during our walk-in lobby hours of 9 am to 2 pm, Tuesday thru Friday. We service the entire Mac line of computers - from the MacBook to the Mac Pro - and do all Mac repairs in our Apple Authorized labs at each of our facilities. We even have afternoon appointments for convenience.
