Our main focus is aimed at empowering each of our customers with the basic user skills and information they need to manage their own PCs, so they do not need to rely on technical support very often.
We offer individual or group training covering basic user skills, including PC set-up, maintenance, security, and file management.
Our services include technical support, PC set-up and security, malicious software removal, repairs and upgrades, data backup and recovery, no-charge purchasing guidance and assistance, remote support, and more.
We do not sell any software or hardware, so our position can remain unbiased when we assist you with technology issues. We offer "shopping assistance" at no charge to all our customers when they need help selecting and purchasing technology devices and software.
