Hello, we are providers of a videoconferencing device located in Egypt. We are looking for someone to receive shipments of components, assemble and package them and then send them to either customer or a warehouse where they will then be forwarded to the customer. Must have computer assembly experience and some computer software experience. We will provide documentation and video on the exact steps to follow to assemble the hardware, install the software and package the final product. Description: The Production Assembler and Fulfillment Associate will manage the post-production preparation and shipment logistics of Room4 product. The P&F Associate will execute all production work that occurs in US warehouse before the products are shipped to clients, and will be responsible for outgoing packaging and shipment of the finished products. He or she will also assist the Sales and Brand Associate with inventory tracking and management of product, packaging supplies and finishing materials Responsibilities: Check Hardware Model and Quantities. Assemble the Product, “Collecting all material and equipment needed to begin the process”. Maintain equipment in good condition. Deploying software with Disk image software. Report on issues, malfunction or defective parts. Package and ship client orders. Arrange, deliver and ship sample packages to clients and customers as needed. Track the Shipment Status till delivered to the customer. Control inventory levels and balance with inventory management platform Other: Assist fulfilment team with sourcing and pickups/drop-offs as needed Requirements: Proven experience as hardware product assembler Technical knowledge and ability to collecting hardware material. Ability in using Disk image software (e.g. Clonezilla, Ghost, partimage, acronis…). Good understanding of quality control principles. Good communication skills (verbal and written). Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition. High school diploma; Higher degree from a technical school will be appreciated.
